1. Revisions and Client Satisfaction:

We take pride in delivering interior design solutions that meet your expectations. All our clients are entitled to free revisions on each interior design service to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with any aspect of the design, please contact us at info@thehueinteriors.com. Our team will work closely with you to address your feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet your requirements.

 

2. Termination Clause:

Our “The Hue Interiors Client Contract” outlines specific terms for termination. While we do not offer returns for our intangible services, our termination clause provides guidance on the process for discontinuing services. Please refer to the terms outlined in the “The Hue Interiors Client Contract” for more details.

 

3. Design Approval:

In the course of the design journey, we facilitate multiple design review sessions, providing you with the platform to express your feedback and preferences. Your explicit approval is pivotal for the progression to subsequent phases. Once the design reaches completion and garners your approvals throughout the project, we meticulously finalize the design files for presentation. We emphasize the importance of your diligent review and endorsement of the design before deeming it as concluded.

Your proactive engagement in the design approval process ensures that the ultimate result resonates seamlessly with your vision and aspirations. We value your commitment to this collaborative odyssey, culminating in the realization of your tailored interior design.

 

4. Client Responsibilities:

To facilitate the design process, we place great emphasis on timely communication and collaborative efforts with our clients. Your active engagement is vital in ensuring a seamless and successful design experience. It is imperative that you furnish us with accurate and comprehensive information regarding your design preferences, specific requirements, and any pertinent materials that contribute to the project.

5. Additional Revisions:

We generally offer two redesigns and changes to our design work. Beyond this limit, and if the changes are minor, we’d be happy to accommodate. However, if it involves a significant rework of 25% or more, then we will submit a new estimate for the added work.

This allows you to fine-tune the design to your preferences and make any necessary changes beyond the included revisions.

Please take note that any exceptions, adjustments, or additional considerations not explicitly mentioned in this policy may be covered in your individual “The Hue Interiors Client Contract”. We encourage you to review the terms of the Contract for a thorough understanding of our services and policies.

 

6. Inactivity Terms:

In the scenario where you paid for design services with The Hue Interiors and completely lost track of time, because there were other pressing matters to tend to, your design credit is safe with us. You can choose to come back and kickstart your project when you have the time at hand, within a year.

In the scenario where you started a project and forgot all about it before we were to deliver the final design concepts, we will make several attempts to catch your attention and nudge you back to your project. However, if we don’t hear back from you, then in 30 days, your project will be tagged as inactive. Your order remains with us. You can come back at a later date and pick up where you left off. When you decide to restart, write to us at info@thehueinteriors.com, and we will re-assign your project as active again.

 

7. Delivery Timeframes:

We are dedicated to providing you with your bespoke digital interior design within the established timeframe as agreed upon. While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances might occasionally lead to minor delays. Rest assured, we will remain transparent and keep you duly informed regarding any potential adjustments to the delivery schedule.

For a comprehensive understanding of the anticipated delivery timeframes, we encourage you to refer to the detailed information provided in your personalized "Welcome Package." This package outlines the specific timelines associated with each phase of the design process, ensuring you are well informed about the progress and expectations of your project.

 

8. Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise, such as severe health problems, calamities, pandemics, etc. In such cases, we are committed to working with you on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable resolution. If you find yourself in such a situation, please contact us at info@thehueinteriors.com, and we will explore options to accommodate your needs.

9. Delivery of Final Design:

The culmination of your tailored interior design journey will be delivered directly to your email address. The final design files, concepts, and presentations will be shared electronically, ensuring swift and convenient access to your completed project.

While rare, unforeseen technical issues or errors may arise that could potentially hinder your ability to access or utilize the final design files. Should you encounter any challenges of this nature, we urge you to reach out to us immediately.
